School Staff Key Skills Analysis

The Key-Skills Network started in 2011, as groups of schools came together to create a common set of easy to use development needs analysis tools for their staff. This has resulted in a very user-friendly set of on-line skills analysis tools for:

  • Headteachers
  • Subject Leaders
  • Teachers
  • Teaching Assistants (including HLTAs)
  • Lunchtime supervisors
  • Governors

Each of the the above skills audits uses the latest occupational standards and take around 35 minutes to complete. Each give rise to a written report, ideal for use in professional development/ preparing for performance management.
